Shipping policy

Cash on Delivery (COD): A delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies to all COD orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days via Post Ex. However, please note that delivery may be delayed in the rare event of an issue such as a lost package or other unforeseen circumstances.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We accept COD payments. If any item in your order is out of stock, only the available products will be shipped. For bulk orders or high-value COD orders, our team will reach out to confirm the transaction. If we are unable to contact you within 3–5 days, Hayadar Clothing reserves the right to cancel the order.

Important Note

• Do not accept any package if the flyer is torn or the seal has been tampered with. Refuse the parcel and inform our customer service department immediately. We will resolve the issue and arrange for re-delivery at the earliest.
• Hayadar Clothing is not responsible for any packages accepted with tampered, torn, or damaged conditions. Returns or exchanges will not be entertained in such cases.
